CHILDREN & YOUTH

Children's Ministry

We want every child at Belle Meade UMC to grow in their relationship with Christ and with one another. Our desire is for children to develop a firm foundation of knowledge and experience that will instill a love of God and church which will guide them the rest of their lives.

SUNDAYS FOR CHILDREN

We offer many programs based on the age of your child for he or she to grow in their relationship with God. BMUMC has an active Special Needs Ministry with inclusive classrooms. All the details for Sundays can be found by clicking here.

SPECIAL EVENTS

BREAKFAST SIGN UP

Each Sunday, children begin the Sunday School hour in a large group gathering where they enjoy a light breakfast. This breakfast is provided by volunteers. To sign up to bring breakfast or for more information, click on the link below:

WEDNESDAY NIGHT PROGRAMMING

Our church wide-dinner, catered by local caterer and our children's minister, Erin Seay, is from 5:00 - 6:15pm. Adults and children over 12 - $8, children 4-12 -$4.

CHILDREN'S CHOIRS

On Wednesdays we have children's choirs for children aged 5 years through 5th grade. Choir begins at 6:15 and parents pick up their children at 7:00 pm.

K-1 Praise (children 5 years old through 1st grade) are led by Lynn Kauffman

Joyful Noise Singers (grades 2-5) are led by Alana Griffith

CHILDREN'S CENTER

Belle Meade Children's Center is a ministry of the church and is designed to meet the child care needs of church and community families. BMCC is a licensed, 3 star center that has been in operation since 1975. We offer both part time and full time programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Check out their website here.
