Ubuntu is a South African philosophy that encourages a consideration of our interconnectedness and shared humanity. So what can we learn about ourselves from a completely different context on the opposite side of the world? Come learn and reflect with Rachel Hagewood on her time in South Africa and explore the challenges such an experience provides to our ideas of religion, community, and pursuing justice and reconciliation in our own back yard. This class will run Wednesday Nights from Oct 28 - Nov 18 from 6:00-7:00 PM in the Community Room. Contact Rachel Hagewood at rachelhagewood@gmail.com to sign up!
